LAKEVIEW COTTAGES ARE IN HIGH DEMAND DURING THE SUMMER AND FALL SEASON, WHICH RUNS MAY 1st - OCTOBER 31st.

WE HAVE A FOUR NIGHT MINIUMUM RESERVATION REQUIREMENT.
MOST RENTALS ARE FOR A FULL WEEK, WHICH IS 6 NIGHTS,7 DAYS.

LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS MAY BE MADE FOR STAYS OF 4 NIGHTS if availability permits. Lakeview Cottages reserves the right to deny any vacation stays that are less than 4 nights, at any time.

ADVANCED RESERVATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED AND REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION.

THE LIGHTHOUSE COTTAGE (Cottage #4)
Updated one bedroom cottage has 2 full sized beds and sleeps up to 4 people. There is a pull-out queen sleeper in the living room. The cottage has one full bathroom with a tub/shower and a kitchen with a full size fridge, small size gas oven/range, microwave, dishes and utensils.
NO PETS ALLOWED AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE COTTAGE.

NIGHTLY RATES FOR THE 2024 SEASON
MAY 1st - 31st: $199 + 6% tax and $100.00 cleaning fee.

JUNE 1st - JUNE 27TH: $249 + 6% tax and $100.00 cleaning fee.

JUNE 28th - SEPTEMBER 2nd: $299 + 6% tax and $100.00 cleaning fee.

SEPTEMBER 3rd - SEPTEMBER 30th: $249 + 6% tax and $100.00 cleaning fee.

OCTOBER 1st - 31st: $149 + 6% tax and $100 cleaning fee.

THE SANDPIPER COTTAGE (Cottage #5)
Updated one bedroom cottage has 2 full sized beds and sleeps up to 4 people. There is a pull-out queen sleeper in the living room. The cottage has one full bathroom with a custom tile walk in shower and a kitchen with a full size fridge, small size gas oven/range, microwave, dishes and utensils.
NO PETS ALLOWED AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE COTTAGE.

NIGHTLY RATES FOR THE 2024 SEASON
MAY 1st - 31st: $199 + 6% tax and $100.00 cleaning fee.
