LAKEVIEW COTTAGES ARE IN HIGH DEMAND DURING THE SUMMER AND FALL SEASON, WHICH RUNS MAY - OCTOBER.

THEY ARE RENTED BY THE WEEK.

LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS MAY BE MADE FOR STAYS OF 4 NIGHTS if availability permits. Lakeview Cottages reserves the right to deny any vacation stays that are less than a week, at any time.

ADVANCED RESERVATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED AND REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION.

THE LIGHTHOUSE COTTAGE (Cottage #4)
Updated one bedroom cottage has 2 full sized beds and sleeps up to 4 people. There is a pull-out queen sleeper in the living room. The cottage has one full bathroom with a tub/shower and a kitchen with a full size fridge, small size gas oven/range, microwave, dishes and utensils.
NO PETS ALLOWED AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE COTTAGE.

Weekly Rate (6 nights, 7 days): $1450.00 + 6% tax and $50.00 cleaning fee.
Four Night Rate: $1100.00 + 6% tax and $50.00 cleaning fee.

THE SANDPIPER COTTAGE (Cottage #5)
Updated one bedroom cottage has 2 full sized beds and sleeps up to 4 people. There is a pull-out queen sleeper in the living room. The cottage has one full bathroom with a custom tile walk in shower and a kitchen with a full size fridge, small size gas oven/range, microwave, dishes and utensils.
NO PETS ALLOWED AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE COTTAGE.

Weekly Rate (6 nights, 7 days): $1450.00 + 6% tax and $50.00 cleaning fee.
Four Day Rate: $1100.00 + 6% tax and $50.00 cleaning fee.
