Lakeview Cottages is a weekly cottage resort. Advanced reservations are recommended and require a 50% deposit at the time the reservation. You must bring along your own sheets, towels and paper products.

LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS MAY BE MADE FOR STAYS LESS THAN (3) NIGHTS. (night before or day of desired arrival). Lakeview Cottages reserves the right to deny any vacation stays that are less than a week, at any time.

SPRING RATES ARE 50% OFF REGULAR RATES: April 1- May 23. 2 night minimum stay required.

ADVANCED RESERVATIONS: We encourage advanced reservations for your vacation stay here at Lakeview Cottages. Our weekly rentals are Saturday-Saturday. No added fees are added to your weekly stay. Stays less than a week may be accepted, if arriving or departing on a Saturday. They will not be excepted for the the month of July, unless there is last minute availability.


Cottage #1 is a studio cottage for 2-3 people. You will find a full kitchen, one bath with a shower stall and it has one full size bed and one twin pull out, if needed. It is also has our “pet friendly” option, for well behaved dogs with an added total fee of $50.00 (for 1) or $75.00 (for 2), which applies for your desired stay (1 or more nights). Please review our pet policy for cottage #1, which can be found under "policies" on our main page.

Cottage #2 is a studio cottage for 2-3 people with one bathroom (shower stall), a kitchenette including a large microwave, fridge, and full size kitchen sink (no stove/oven) and has one full size bed along with a futon. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Cottage #3 is 2 bedroom cottage sleeping up to 8 people. Each bedroom has 2 full size beds. The cottage has one full bathroom with a tub/shower unit and a nicely equipped kitchen, full size fridge and gas stove/oven. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Cottage #4 is a 2 bedroom cottage sleeping up to 7 people. One bedroom has 3 full size beds, the other bedroom has one queen bed. The cottage has one full bathroom with a tub/shower unit and a nicely equipped kitchen, full size fridge, small size gas stove/oven. NO PETS ALLOWED.

The Craftsman house has 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 9 people. Master bedroom has a queen bed; the second bedroom has 2 full size beds and a set of bunk beds. There is also a daybed in the living room. The craftsman house has one large bathroom with a tub/shower unit and a large kitchen with plenty of room for multiple people to gather. Large kitchen with full size fridge, full size gas oven/range. It also has a great front porch that you will love to relax on! NEW for 2013: The Craftsman House is undergoing a remodeling project, which will be ready for opening day! We are adding another bathroom off the master bedroom, as well as central A/C. NO PETS ALLOWED.

*OUR COTTAGES DO NOT INCLUDE A CLEANING CHARGE, and require that you leave them in the condition as you found them. You will be charged a cleaning fee of $75 if your cottage is not as you found it.
